http://www.dotm.gov.np/ The webssite looks good, standard, professional but to my surprise nothing works in this website. Neither CLICK HERE TO FIND LICENSE RECORDS nor the COMMENT and Feedback form. Great!
Why people has to create things which donot work, why wasting time, money, energy money resources.

They just build it without thinking and waste their own energy , resources and time.
Because of improper policies, planning and management will not lead them anywhere.
"The Information Technology (IT) Park, which was established five years back with an objective to produce skilled human resources for developing computer software" after these many years there is no progression.
Implies that there are things which can never happen in Nepal.

This thing really pisses me off. The only IT park constructed with huge investment is lying idle due to poor infra.
Few things need to be addressed:
1) ensure excellent net connectivity at Banepa. Given Nepal Telecom's presence, it's not difficult either via high speed optical link or even VSATs.
2) expedite construction of 6 lane expressway between Kathmandu and Banepa(already in progress) and start shuttle services between these cities for transporting IT pros across.
3) If possible, construction of helipad around the IT park to connect to TIA via chopper service.
4) HLCIT should initiate discussion with IT cos to encourage move to IT park. If they cant run the park pass it on to private sector on contract.

I have come across this Nepali license, and had not seen this before, I have always seen the ones that are in white with a Hologram sticker over the operators picture which I have included as well…Please let me know if this Nepal license that you see blow is a Validity License, I can sure use your help on this, thank you
